Harmless flirting

My time-out yesterday evidently pissed off some of my friends. It happens unfortunately ( and I'm sorry! I apologized yesterday already didn't I? ) since taking some downtime for myself means ignoring the rest of the world - and everything else.

I just need that time for myself.. it's difficult to explain actually. Every other day, I'm inundated with different people everywhere I go, practically crushed with a load of responsibilities and problems at work. Usually I'm cool with all that but sometimes I just need to blow off steam - and on those days, I'd prefer not to blow off on the wrong guy. I just need to be alone with my thoughts - and even Chris Evans couldn't tear me away ( but if he was half-naked in shorts and liberally oiled, that would be something else entirely :) )

Still I have several new books, a buncha comics and a lovely jazz album. And that's gonna last me all weekend ( see, I'm an easy man to please! ) - or at least the lil bit of time till I have to start work again tomorrow :) Sigh. When am I gonna find that man of mine!

But anyway, I gotta say this... fun flirting with ya, Jason, even with the voyeurs watching. :) Get my address and write to me.

Hi Paul :)
Dropping by for my daily dose of entertaining updates from yourself.
I recalled reading one of your earlier entries on jazz & I thought you would just like to know that Michael Buble is making a stop in Singapore on 3rd Oct (i think??) Love him ... However, I do prefer him in the earlier album. Anyway, I do recommend jazz from Harry Connick Jr.

Btw, it was totally FUNNN!!! flirting with you yesterday .. HAHA & can't agree with you more on this entry's main heading.

Have a GREAAT week ahead.

Michael Buble in Singapore! God, I must put it on my list. Are you in Singapore, BTW

So why haven't you written yet? Did I scare you off with the crazy anal retentive comments I made about choosing the cufflinks on the shirt? :)

That would be so sweet of you to choose the cufflinks for me. Maybe you should also make a mental note that I don't mind wearing Pink (I know I can take it), complete with a matching maroon-pinkish tie.

No, I am not in Singapore & you have not scared me off. I'll probably add you to my MSN ! hahaha :)

Pink. Hmm.. I can work with that. Gray, silver and pink. We'd have tastefully done silver cufflinks with our names entwined engraved.

Well, add me to the msn so I can look out for you :) Can you believe that I recently downloaded msn? I never chatted online till recently.

Ahhh ... Tasteful & Elegant. Totally what I had in mind (the pink, gray & silver theme really works).

I believe the Charlotte in you has been put to work ... Would totally trust you to decorate any Park Avenue apartment or East Hampton beach house.

Btw, are you sure you are in the right field? You sound more like a fashion guru-cum-wedding planner/writer. Perhaps, you're an all-rounder after all ?

Paul - there's no need to explain why you need time for yourself! Surely we all do. Hope you managed to relax a little.

Time for self is always good, Paul. With your msn, you're gonna have less of that now but what the heck, there's always harmless flirting :)

Awww, don't start emailing/IMing each other...where would that leave us voyeurs?

And whew, Paul. You had me worried there for a minute. Tattoo guy is thankfully v different from hawaiian shirt guy. Much nicer for one. And hotter. Lol. And he's the wing for our rugby team. So he's all yummy and athletic.

Will's right, Wicked's a bit laborious. It was an alright book, but I wouldn't read it again. So no, I wouldn't recommend buying it. But borrow it off someone if you get the chance, cuz it does give you a whole diff perspective on the original book.

Well, jason, I might not be a fashion guru but I would certainly love being a wedding planner :)

Thanks, ru, will definitely take the time to relax. Now, what in the world did Igor say?

Msn flirting? Yeah, I wish I had the time though. I don't even have enough time to check up my emails.

James... a guy who's yummy and athletic.. and with that tattoo.. Hell, give him my number :)

Paul
Who swears he's not as slutty in real life.

You act like slutty is a bad thing.

I'm chiming in on "Wicked" which I adored. Wonderful. Read it and thank me later. There is a sequel of sorts out tomorrow called "Son of a Witch".
